Hunter Tannock

B.S. Exercise Kenisology / Nutrition minor

Bridgewater State University

As a relentless health & fitness advocate I am your partner in the Impossible. I believe that training begins before a single weight is lifted and our work starts with me understanding you. We will set goals that speak to your lifestyle, your passions & personality, your motivational drivers and the vulnerabilities that might stand between you and our mission.

I have delivered transformative results for clients as different as the finely-tuned athlete looking for next level performance to the fitness-phobic who is afraid to even walk thru the front door. Each inspires me equally !

But once our training begins my hyper focus is the same for everyone... training the quit out of you ! I will meet you where you are but I will invest my all and my expertise-everything into getting you where you have always wanted to be.

Fitness is my life, my love and my passion. And making my mantra become your motivation is an inspired responsibly that sits at the center of my promise to each & every client. My mission for H.I.T Health & Fitness is to change lives from the Outside / In.

Courtney Cyr

Courtney brings an energetic enthusiasm to all things fitness and then backs it up with nearly a decade of certified personal training experience.

Her fitness advocacy is inspired by the belief that “ to strengthen the body is the strengthen the mind” and that holistic approach continues to be the guiding principal at the center of Courtney’s client-centric approach.

As the mom of an 18 month old Etta, Courtney fully understands the ‘fitting-fitness-in’ challenge so she works closely with each client to customize a personal training program that is as efficient as it is effective! She has a proven track record of helping clients put that planning into action… so wether you are looking to accelerate weight loss, increase endurance, build strength, tone & sculpt, or just take that mind/body connection to epic new levels, Courtney has a plan for you!

Sasha

Sasha, originally from Russia, is a former professional ballet dancer in the US and Europe with a career spanning nearly two decades.

During his long career he was no stranger to injuries thanks to the rigorous schedule and demands of constant rehearsing and performing. It was through these injuries and the subsequent rehabilitation processes that he began to learn corrective exercise methods to fix muscle imbalances and keep his own body strong and injury free.

After retiring from dancing in 2020, Sasha became a certified personal trainer and quickly rose to the rank of Head Trainer at his first gym.

Sasha has worked with clients from the ages of 9 to 92, with goals ranging from weight loss and body recomposition to increasing flexibility, improving balance and strength and agility training.

Marrying his experience with dance and rehabilitation he’s especially knowledgeable and passionate about training the next generation of young athletes and dancers.

Connor Devers

Connor Devers is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer specializing in Corrective Exercise, Performance Exercise, & Nutrition Coaching. A former Division I swimmer at the University of Maine, Connor grew up training with National and Olympic Level athletes. He brought his experiences as an athlete to club & college swimming, where he helped multiple athletes find success at the Junior National & NCAA levels through an emphasis on dry-land mechanics. When pools closed in the spring and summer of 2020, Connor began training his athletes virtually in strength and conditioning. He found great joy in helping people navigate troubling times by establishing health and fitness routines and positive, process-oriented mindsets. Carrying this passion into personal training, Connor is happy to work with anyone at any level of experience and help them find the best version of themselves.
